These men are reading a Norwegian newspaper. The background suggests they are at a clearing or saw milling camp. Probably same group as Photo #020.
Gustave Bertie ENGLEBRETSEN (son of Engebret ENGEBRETSEN SANDER (ENGLEBRETSEN) and his wife, Elen Sophie (nee PEDERSDATTER)) is believed to be 2nd from right.

This is the family of Ole Christian TORKILSEN and his wife, Maren Helene (nee SEVERSEN), who emigrated from Norway in 1872 aboard the Høvding (Hovding).
Left to right: Charles Ole TORKILSEN, 1873-1947; Torvel Christian TORKELSEN, 1872-1910 (seated); Anton Wilhelm TORKELSEN, 1877-1936; Maren Helene TORKILSEN (nee SEVERSEN), 1840-1907 (seated); Mathilda Ovena TORKELSEN, 1877-1934; Ole Christian TORKILSEN, 1845-1913.
